The first book in the DI Lorne Simpkins set of books. It was a page turner, I
read it in two nights as I just wanted to keep going. Even though the murders
were gruesome, Mel doesn't go into gory detail like some authors do which, in my
opinion, made for better reading.
I look forward to reading more of Lorne's
cases, but I hope she gets a few days off as even I was getting tired by her
hard work and long hours.
